Do you have a minimum order?
New Independent Reseller Program members must purchase the $249.99 Starter Kit to enroll. Once enrolled, future purchases are 50% off with no minimum order.
Can I join if my business is not set up yet?
Yes. You can purchase from us while you are getting started, and we have several ways to help you begin.
What products do you sell?
We offer candles, bath bombs, steamers, and jewelry, including studs, hoops, other earring styles, and necklaces. Our candles, bath bombs, and steamers are handmade in Southern California. Our candles use a soy-coconut wax blend and are paraffin-free.
Can I place a sample order first?
You may make personal purchases at regular retail pricing at any time. For questions about sampling products before enrolling, contact hello@jewelscent.com .
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Payment verification, seasonal volume, and holidays may extend processing times. Please contact us before ordering if you have a time-sensitive concern.
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using USPS and UPS. Arrangements may also be available for shipping on your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.
Do all bath bombs contain jewelry?
Our standard bath bombs include a surprise jewelry item. We also accept custom orders and may be able to produce bath bombs without jewelry.
Can I use JewelScent photos?
All website materials are the property of JewelScent and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission. Contact us to ask about approved reseller assets.
Does the jewelry tarnish?
All costume jewelry may eventually tarnish. JewelScent uses plating designed to support beautiful quality and a longer lifespan when properly cared for.
Do you guarantee your products?
JewelScent products are covered for 30 days against manufacturer defects.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog. Current products and availability are shown online.
What type of wax do you use?
Our candles use a soy-coconut wax blend and are paraffin-free.
Can resellers use coupon codes?
No. Independent Resellers already receive our best program pricing, so additional coupon or discount codes may not be combined with reseller pricing. Abuse of this policy may result in removal from the program.
Do you offer additional volume discounts?
Yes. Additional discounts may be available for wholesale orders over $2,500 USD. Contact us for current details and eligibility.
